Just like someone else wrote, these boots have soft leather. Whilst this is good for certain aspects of the boots it doesn’t do well to keep the structure of the boot.They end up looking like wellington boots with creases and folds all over the place.Also, whilst you’d think they are comfortable because the leather is soft, that’s not the case above the ankle. - because there is no structure the boot folds and runs on my tendons and it’s very painful!I really don’t think they are worth the full asking price.I got them at a bit of a discount, but given the choice I’d return them, as there are far better boots availableClarks Men's Batcombe Lord Biker Boots -- Black Warmlined.Be careful if you buy these boots -- you will probably get a version that does not have the 2 metal 'hooks' for the laces at the top of the boot.
