Bought my regular size in this shoe and the fit is good, if a little bit snug. A close fit is important though for bike shoes in order to minimize wasted effort with the foot sliding around inside. Some days my feet are more swollen than others, and the adjustable velcro strap allows me more space in the toe box when I need it. Having put a few hundred miles on them I have developed no hotspots or blisters.The carbon soles are rock solid stiff, so power transfer is great. And the single BOA fastening system works efficiently and spreads pressure evenly over the top of the foot. The insole is functional with neutral/low arch support.Lastly what attracted me to the shoes was the simple classy styling. In a sport that can be awfully gaudy most of the time, these shoes are understated and elegant.
